9.0The neighbourhood is a really great experience. Lovely community and people. The food and hot water were great. Managed to do my laundry for me. When I said I wanted a hair cut, a young man walked me to a local barber which was very kind.
− Hard to find for taxis, but worth it once you find it! Humphrey looks for opportunities to squeeze you a a bit, so watch out. That said, I didn't really mind overpaying for food and laundry service, but some people may.
