Lovely and a little quirky if you love nature
9.0This was a unique property that was comfortable, well equipped with hosts that made us feel welcome from the time we first arrived. The breakfast provisions were plentiful and top class Could not recommend more highly.
− We had a car so had no problem getting into and out of town to have our evening meal. If you don't have a transport this is not the place to stay.

10.0So atmospheric, individual and comfortable— and all located within the rainforest. We especially enjoyed the eclectic conversations with the the hosts Sue and Patrick, who reflected all their global experience in creating this unique “African lodge”.

9.0The owners were very nice and friendly. The property was set in lovely gardens.
Airport pick-ups can be arranged at a cost of AUD 65 one way. Taxis and buses are also available at the airport.
Please note that Kuranda does not have a large selection of restaurants open in the evening. A kitchen is available on-site for guests' use.
