This is a wonderful place to stay because of Luisa and Edgar. It is not easy to get to and there is no heat in the rooms. The views are phenomenal. I have been to 45 countries and the view from my room was the most magnificent one that I have ever seen.

− The description I read stated that there is heat, but there is none. Sleeping was fine due to the heavy blankets.

We loved everything! The room was super clean, heaps of warm blankets on the bed, spotlessly clean bathroom as well. Incredible view of sunrise from the bedroom. After hiking all day sitting on the balcony with a cold beer was simply amazing enjoying the view. It’s also really quiet and you can just watch all the local life go by. The food that the owners cooked was fabulous too. The owners couldn’t have been nicer, tending to all our needs and offering advice on hikes to do. It is well worth staying for 2 nights or more. We loved it!

Su vista es espectacular, las instalaciones son limpias y cómodas, muy buen servicio por parte de sus dueños, la anfitriona la sra Luisa fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que le solicitamos, muy buen lugar para disfrutar y relajarse

− Se podría mejorar la implementación de un secador de pelo y calefacción para habitación, aunque se entiende que se intenta evitar el uso excesivo de electricidad.

Really good location, close to Inca steps and beautiful view of the lake. It’s not at the side of the village where you can see sunsets but that does mean you don’t have to climb as high with your bags (I recommend leaving big backs on mainland). Staff were very lovely during our stay. I recommend staying here

Apesar de faltar informações para chegar ao local, é “tranquilo”. Pergunte assim que desembarcar do barco e te darão as indicações. Ficamos 3 dias. O quarto parecia novo e amamos o chuveiro :) super quente. A vista da janela era incrível. Além disso, comemos todas as refeições no local (só o café da manhã está incluso) e gostamos de tuuuuuudo! É uma senhora (esqueci o nome dela) que gerencia tudo e faz as comidas e em todas as x, ela foi tão gentil com a gente. Parecia uma mãe. Valeu muuuuito ficar aí pela gentileza, vista, comida, dicas e conforto.

Vista e espetacular! Quarto limpo e confortável, atendimento excelente, bom café da manhã. Boa localização, não fica na parte mais alta, fica na metade da montanha, mas tem que ter cuidado para chegar lá, pois tem dois caminhos, o mais curto é ao chegar na fonte Inca, virar a esquerda até avistar uma placa do Hostal Palácio del Inca e virar a direita e subir pelo caminho da placa, sempre a direita. Coloquei uma foto da placa na avaliação.
