1.0− This appears to be a scam. Stay away. When I arrived at the hotel, the property was completely closed and dark, with nobody there. I called the hotel, but received no assistance—only someone repeatedly saying "No, no" in Italian before ending the call. The booking was fully prepaid, and I still have not received a refund. Booking.com was also unable to provide any meaningful help. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property.
