10.0The hotel was wonderful but we got there at 11:00 PM and had to leave at 7:15 AM. WHY? Because Booking.com booked me on a 9:10 am flight on Smart Jet leaving from Buenos Aires and the flight did not exist. So we had to sit in airport for 12 hours and miss out on a full afternoon and evening at the hotel.
− AS STATED ABOVE- Booking.com set me up on a nonexistent g flight that cost me a day at the hotel and a full 6 hours at Iguazu Falls. As a result, I had to book a $322 dollar personal car to take me to the Argentina and Brazil side of the falls and to airport to catch flight to.Rio. The car driver, Tami was excellent and the concierge, Fabio from hotel saved our trip. Booking.com FAILED and almost ruined our trip. The Grand Iguaua was amazing. To bad we could not enjoy it because of Booking.com horrible flight booking that did not even exist. WHY DID BOOKING.COM NOT SEND A SURVEY FOR THE FLIGHT? INTESTING HOW I GOT SURVEY FOR HOTEL BUY NOT FLIGHT. I AM CONSIDERING CHANGING ALL OF MY FUTURE ITINERARY EVENTS TO ANOTHER AGENCY. YOU REALLY SCREWED US OVER AND WE ARE SO UPSET.

− Me hubiera gustado que el uso del spa (al menos el hidromasaje que se ve en las fotos) esté incluido en la tarifa, eso es confuso cuando uno elige comprar en base a las fotos. Todo absolutamente era adicional.
