Lugar maravilloso en medio de la naturaleza.
10.0El desayuno completo y variado, todos los productos frescos y la mejor preparación, atención rápida y oportuna. Exquisito !!! La ubicación inmersos en la naturaleza, los paisajes hermosos y una tranquilidad maravillosa. Recomiendo 100% si se quieren desconectar de la ciudad deben ir a mi lodge las Trancas.

− Limpieza de los cuartos, la piscina y el jacuzzi muy regulares, sin manutención, cuidado ni limpieza, ni de calidad ni funcionando como indicado. La piscina interior estaba cubierta con un plástico, las reposeras en mal estado y el "jacuzzi" en un cuarto lleno de enseres y hasta una escoba!

10.0Nuestra estadía en MiLodge fue una excelente experiencia. Desde el primer momento destacamos la tranquilidad del lugar, ideal para descansar y desconectarse. El ambiente es muy familiar, acogedor y se nota la dedicación que ponen para que cada huésped se sienta cómodo. La atención es realmente personalizada, siempre con una gran disposición para ayudar y resolver cualquier duda o necesidad. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Jimena, la administradora del hotel, quien fue increíblemente amable y atenta desde el momento en que llegamos hasta nuestra partida. Su cercanía, preocupación y excelente trato marcaron una gran diferencia en nuestra experiencia y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sin duda, recomendamos MiLodge a quienes busquen un lugar tranquilo, con un ambiente familiar y una atención de primer nivel. ¡Esperamos volver muy pronto!

7.0El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado con bonita vista a la montaña.
− Pieza no era la que se reservó siendo más pequeña con salida externa para ir al restaurant por lo que se salía directamente a un pasillo externo con mucho frío. Nosotros habíamos reservado dentro del hotel.
