− We had one cochroach 2 big spider and 1 rat in the room

7.0We liked the view, it was really beautiful to be able to overlook the lagoon. We like the rooms, it was comfortable and cool.
− The staff could've handled the water situation better as there was no water for a while during our stay.
It was a good stay, as everyone is very welcoming. Tho we werent able to go out at night as no transportation around the

Disappointing communication with the owner
1.0The place is fine
− After my ferry was cancelled and I missed my first night, the staff refused a direct refund and told me to coordinate through Booking.com. However, it has been two weeks and they have ignored all outreach from both myself and the booking platform. To make matters worse, the rooms offer very little privacy. The walls are paper-thin; I could clearly hear my neighbor’s phone audio and snoring throughout the night. Between the poor soundproofing and the non-existent customer service, I cannot recommend staying here.
