10.0Where do I start We have stayed in many lovely places around the world But the hobbit house and secret garden is on another level From the second you walk through the door you are in your own private world The fountain area is a sun trap surrounded by a mix of different fruit trees The garden is beautiful it’s looks like it is a wild garden but if you really look you can see it is very lovingly cared for The hobbit house is sooo nice and the bed is one of the comfiest I have slept in The toilet and shower are so private you can leave the curtain and the door open if you like no one can see you The kitchen area has everything you could need My husband loved cooking on the open fire and then chilling in the hammock If your looking for somewhere to switch off escape the world and calm your mind this is most defiantly the place Bring your food and your towel Lock the door and un plug

10.0Absolutely everything. We cannot fault the Hobbit House or its facilities. Theo has thought of everything. He is super friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and very informative. We couldn't believe how good the facilities were or how large the space we had was. The surrounding garden was beautiful and well cared for. It was so good to go back to basics and to be around nature, just what 2 tired NHS workers needed. Theo also provided us with eggs from his own free-range loved chickens, and they were delicious. We will definitely be returning.
− Can't fault a thing. My only suggestion would be a wheelbarrow or cart to get your things from the car to the Hobbit House. That said, I could probably travel lighter lol.
Amazing, peaceful getaway for us both and the dog
10.0It was so calming and lovely to be there, it was me my partner and our dog and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Such a cosy cabin away for my birthday was just so lovely!

When traveling with dog, please note that there's an extra charge of £10 per pet, per night and is payable on arrival. A maximum of two dogs are allowed with a maximum weight of 30 kilos per dog. We dogs do not accommodate other types of pets.
We do not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky any Mastiff or Tosa
Access is across our campground which is flat grass. During wet weather it can become slippery and difficult to cross so if your stay does coincide with wet conditions, we'll come up with a plan on the day.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
