10.09km Schotterweg bis zu dem alten Landhaus. Absolute Stille. Nachts absolute Dunkelheit. Trotzdem alles da, was man braucht. Natürlich im urigen Landhaus-Stil. Die Böden knarzen, das Warmwasser reicht nicht immer für alle zum Duschen. Aber genau diese Patina macht den Reiz aus. Frühstück wird liebevoll zubereitet und alles gerichtet. Freundlicher Kontakt zu Brandon und Ntombi. Alles war wunderbar. Wir waren im Juni (Winter) da. Nachts wirklich kühl. Brandon hat uns einen Gasheizofen bereit gestellt. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
− Der Weg dorthin ist für normale PKW echt anstrengend. Ist aber auch den Unwettern im Mai 2026 geschuldet. Sollte also besser werden.

10.0The area is so beautiful and peaceful. The house had everything we needed and the food was excellent. Definitely recommend staying here.
Enjoyed every moment of my stay and wished that I was staying longer and had brought more books to enjoy in the blissful
10.0About ten kilometres off the N9 through ruggedly scenic country over a winding dirt road, this farm presented blessed quiet and repose. Welcomed at the gate by very friendly staff, I was shown to a very clean and well-appointed cottage which would be just the place for a couple who just wanted to get away from"it all". All facilities for self-catering are well provided for but remember that shopping as far away. A shower large enough for two to save water... On entry, I was greeted by an exquisite bouquet of roses raised in the home garden of the farm's located within distant view. Nothing artificial here. Small touches throughout gave a sense of happy arrival. The farm raises cattle and sheep and I glassed several blesbuck in the distance on one of the farm fields. Breakfast is included and one can order an evening meal at additional cost. I was delighted by both which were very generous.
