10.0It was easy to find the place no struggles at all. It was easy to communicate with the lady before I got there( sorry didn't get her name) she was very friendly ☺️ and assisted me with everything from the time I arrived till I left in the morning. In the morning I struggled with opening the shower🤣 and I sent her a WhatsApp message to come n help and she came very quickly and assisted me. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean. I loved it👌
