Great home stay on laidback Friwen, recommended!

Location was great and the staff was super helpful. Helga was a great cook! Snorkelling along Friwen wall highly recommended.

− All was good. Facilities are basic but all is available incl. hot shower.

Food was really good and the view from the restaurant also very nice The nearby Friwen Wall is a superb place to snorkel (but you can go there from another homestay on an other island also of course )

− We had terrible experiences in terms of trips and transportation. They are not able to organize trips themselves apparently. Day one we waited the whole afternoon to go on a snorkeling trip but in the end the person with the boat was actually not available, so no trip for us on day one. On day three we got up early at 4.30 am to go on bird watching trip but again no one showed up! So again no trip for us on day 3. To go back from Friwen to Waisei (to catch the ferry boat), although we order it already the day we arrived, nothing was ready that morning (no fuel, kapten still sleeping, etc). And even worse, though the ocean was very rough, they took us in a little boat with no spare engine and fuel reserve, the engine broke down on the way and we really were afraid for our lives. Fortunately another small boat helped us out to bring us to the Waisei harbour. The owner of this hotel simply does not care and does not take responsibility and never showed his face. And the pictures on the Booking site are not from the rooms you get but from the owner's house which is more beautiful. Overal the place is not well maintained You can find much better places in Ampat Raya.

Питание все понравилось хозяйка будет даже дополнительно еще готовить если гость не наелся. Нас было двое и поэтому мы даже просили чтобы так много для нас не готовила. Постоянно в столовой находился - кипяток, чай , кофе, растворимая каша, джемы, шоколадная паста, фрукты

L’emplacement de notre cabane face a la mer. Les gentillesse de personnels. Et les repas sont variés tout les jours.

− Le panne d’électricité tout les jours de 6h00 jusqu’à 18h00.

The best homestay of the trip!!! Romantic, quiet but with all the amenities one would need.

The location was gorgeous! Family was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The food was AMAZING!! After staying at a few other homestays afterwards (this was our first), we appreciated more and more the hospitality and quiet serenity of Aldejus. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel spoiled. The provide what they say this will which proved quite unique in Raja.

− Plenty of snorkeling right from shore and a short boat ride with Otto to the Friwan wall and to see the coconut crabs. The views were unparalleled!

Tolle Unterkunft - Preisgestaltung der Ausflüge jedoch fragwürdig

Tolle Unterkunft - alle sehr freundlich. Hütte einwandfrei und Badezimmer auch super! Das Essen ist gut - aber einiges wurde in Fett ausgebacken - nicht ganz unser Fall.

− Bei den Ausflügen wird auf der Übersicht teilweise der Preis pro Boot angezeigt. Wir hatten auch nochmal gefragt, ob der Preis pro Boot ist und es hieß ja - nachdem wir dann gesagt haben, dass wir zu viert gehen - wurde der Preis höher und es wurde pro Person abgerechnet. Preise sind nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar. Dem Eigentümer habe ich die Info so weitergegeben, dass es eine klarere Info braucht auf der Übersicht. In allen anderen Unterkünften waren es tatsächlich Preise pro Boot und es wurde nicht individuell wieder angepasst.
