Lovely hosts who put their heart into delivering a wonderful experience
6.0Island was fascinating. Mario and Mamalaya were lovely hosts. A limited range, cold breakfast was included. Room was large and warm in the setting sun, before sunset. Nice seating area by water edge with views back to Puno. At modest extra cost Mario took us on a fascinating tour of Uros islands. Mamalaya made terrific dinners and lunches.
− You have to remember you are on a floating island so it will limit the comfort of the experience due to power availability. There was no hot water, heating or airconditioning. It was very cold in June when we were there. Plenty of blankets were provided however the weight of blankets did not suit us. We were to stay 2 nights however lasted just one in part due to altitude affecting us.

10.0לגור אצת משפחה אותנטית שגדלה באזור. גולת הכותרת היא לשוט עם אמא לאה ודון מריו על האגם , לשמוע את הסיפורים שלהם, לצחוק איתם וליהנות מחברתם. למרות שהספרדית שלנו לא טובה הצלחנו להבין אותם היטב ולתקשר הכל. ככה זה כשהאירוח בא מאהבה. אמא לאה תעשה הכל כדי שיהיה נוח אבל היה לנו קצת קשה עם הקור בחדר בשילוב חוסר החמצן באגם. בכל מקרה מי שרוצה לחוות את ה Uros על אמת חייב לישון בלודג׳ הזה.
