− Le faltaban elementos de limpieza en la cocina y ropa de cama ante un cambio de temperatura brusco de un día al otro.

− La falta de limpieza. Estuvimos 6 noches y no se limpio nunca los pisos. Una sola vez se cambió las toallas.
