3.0− Er was geen warm water, na contact opgenomen te hebben met de 3 beheerders kregen we te horen dat er Asap iemand ging komen. Wij hebben nooit iemand gezien en is dusdanig ook nooit opgelost.

7.0Location great. Fizz restaurant next door is definitely worth a visit. Beautiful food. The room itself was comfortable.
− We had requested that we check in between 5 and 6 pm however we arrived around 6.45 due to traffic and had expected to receive a text giving the key box code so we could get entry however I had still received anything at 6.pm. I rang what booking.com said was the owner only to find it was the restaurant next door but they didn't have anything to do with the bookings. They did give me a number for someone who dealt with bookings etc however after 6 attempts at calling we still hadn't got through to anyone and we're left standing outside the property wondering how we would get access. We eventually decided to go into the restaurant to ask if they had any other numbers we could call. The bar tender then managed to ring and said that we could log onto the restaurant WiFi and the details would be sent via WhatsApp. While the room etc was comfortable for our stay I think there should be a better way of getting information on how to gain access. If the restaurant had been closed we would have had no way to access the accommodation we had paid for
