Great for a short stay.
8.0This was a great old accommodation. I loved the furniture & the general atmosphere. We were made to feel welcome.
− The eating area was a bit cold. Some heating was needed.

9.0We stayed at Tarcutta Retreat on our way home and had a lovely experience. I booked at the last minute and was so grateful that they were able to accommodate us. The Host was lovely and very welcoming. The retreat has a unique atmosphere being transformed from a nursing home, but also peaceful and full of character. After a long day of travelling, it was exactly what we needed. The kindness and flexibility shown to us made a difficult trip much easier. Thank you to everyone at Tarcutta Retreat for your hospitality.

− They had forgotten to give us towels. We arrived very late and left early so had no opportunity to ask for them.
