There is nothing I could say I would improve.

Very disappointing

4.0

The park was nice and well kept, heating was nice and warm. Sorry I cannot think of anything else

More utensils in the kitchen, egg cups, glasses, cutlery only 3 forks and spoons for 4 of us, a jug a dish to wash up and a colander. There were several light bulbs and 7 spotlights not working, several cobwebs around. The grill pan was from another oven and was too small. No lamps in lounge only a big light with bulbs out. I know the sofa bed was not listed as a bed but we needed to use it as the 2nd bedroom is only suitable for children, when we opened it up it was totally broken. Mt family left after the 2nd of the 4 nights we have booked. I believe we should have been offered some refund.

The location next to the woods

The hot tub was practically empty when we arrived, the owner told us to fill it ourselves so it never reached a temperature we could use.. the next day the water level dropped again so very disappointing .. there was no oven dishes so we couldn’t cook our Xmas meat. The toilet in the main bathroom didn’t flush properly so had to keep filling cistern with water. Cupboard door in kitchen was coming off.

Location & Site perfect. Stephanie was great at communicating with us and got things sorted.

* Hot tub lid broken & half full (Housekeeper came at 3:30pm on sunday too fill it up with hose bless her) * Heater in front room not good / cold front room * No little lamp in front room * No sponges too wash dishes, foil, not enough bin bags etc * Gas bottles were empty (11am til 2pm on the saturday without heating / hot water) soon replaced. * Maintence needed outside / hot tub area / steps rusty * Patio Door too hot tub area would not open using key * General tidy up needed * Bed uncomfy

Far better accommodation in Northumberland for the money.

5.0

The accommodation is in a fantastic location for exploring Northumberland, set on a quiet caravan park with access to some lovely woodland walks. The beds are comfortable, and the accommodation itself is very spacious.

Unfortunately, the property does not live up to the photos and is starting to look tired inside. This is disappointing, as with a bit of TLC it really could be lovely. A simple improvement would be replacing the light bulbs — there were more bulbs not working than working during our stay. The welcome pack also needs updating, or the items listed should actually be provided. It stated that antibacterial cleaner and toilet roll would be included, but neither were supplied. Thankfully, we had brought our own, but future guests should be aware to avoid an unnecessary trip to the shop. Cleaning standards were poor and felt very rushed. We found empty tin foil rolls left in drawers, a fridge that hadn’t been cleaned and still contained onion skins from previous guests, and a dirty blue beach towel left on a radiator in one of the bedrooms. There were cobwebs on some of the light fittings, and the hot tub was flashing to indicate it was several days overdue for cleaning. It's not hard to just reset this if it has been cleaned. The bath doesn't get hot enough unsure if it has a temperature restriction on but be prepared to boil a few kettles to top this up.(The water temperature is fine in the shower and kitchen sink though) For the price paid, there are far better options available in this area. It’s a real shame, as the location is excellent, but due to these issues I wouldn’t return or recommend this accommodation unfortunately. I would, however, consider staying at other properties on the park owned and run by different owners.
