Instalaciones y enclave maravilloso, pero muy mala atención al cliente.
7.0El enclave en el que está ubicado, las instalaciones están genial (piscina, zona de comer), vistas de la habitación espectaculares y la ubicación privilegiada con respecto a las cascadas de Montezuma. Otro punto a favor, la variedad y calidad de desayunos que te ofrece y la rapidez con la que te lo preparaba. Cada día te sorprenden con un menú nuevo.
− Desde el comienzo, la atención fue bastante nefasta. No solo no se pusieron en contacto conmigo para darme las indicaciones del check in sino que no me cogían el teléfono al número de contacto ni respondían por el chat de booking. Les pregunté por entrar antes y no recibi respuesta alguna. Tras muchos intentos, conseguí contactar a otro número de emergencia y me dijeron que una chica estaría ese día hasta las 5:30. Llegamos a las 5 y no había nadie. El personal de recepción no nos dijo nada en ningún momento de la estancia, tuvimos que ser nosotros quien nos acercamos. Nos interesarnos por varias tours o posibilidades de actividades de la zona a lo que recibimos respuestas muy arrogantes, no se le veía mucha idea ya que no sabía decirnos nada y bastante escueta. De hecho, un día se fue mientras estábamos haciendo comida al lado y ni se despidió. Es la peor atención que hemos tenido en un hotel. No podemos decir lo mismo del personal de cocina, esta fue encantadora con nosotros dándonos más facilidades que el personal de recepción con respecto con nuestro desayuno del día del check out. Por otro lado, nos dieron una habitación con la caja fuerte rota sin aportar solución alguna, tras solicitárselo con interés ya que íbamos a estar 4 días y no queríamos llevar las cosas de valor encima. Nos dijo que estaba rota que valía mucho dinero cambiarla, concretamente 59 dólares.
