It was pleasant and not to far away from talkeetna. Just wish the bathroom situation was better

Far away from people. Cabin was spacious and cozy.

− The bathrooms were not ideal. Smelled of mold and the tubs were dirty so we didn’t take showers.

Excellent state! Loved the stay! How thoughtful to provide the mosquito repellent, needed that for sure!!

It was a nice location. The cabins looked cute.

− They could use an update/interior repaint. The ceilings were disgusting. The walls not much better. They need another lamp, it was very dark. They had the ceiling light, but we couldn’t reach the chain, it was too high. They need another chair, one of us had to sit on their bed if the other one had the chair. They could use a radio or a TV. It was raining and there was nothing to do, but sit there in the one chair in silence. It was freezing when we got there, we had to call to ask how to get the heat turned up and it took forever (hours) to get warm. We feel the heat should’ve been turned on before we got there. A rug inside the door would have been nice. Could not sit outside because the chairs out on the porch were all wet. The bathrooms should have paper towel so everyone staying in all the cabins are not using the same hand towel and shower floor towel. Someone had plugged one of the bathroom toilets and made it unusable. A plunger in each bathroom would be nice. They had a fire pit but no dry wood to make a fire. They had a picnic table under a mesh awning, but the rain came through so you couldn’t sit under there either. The hanging flower baskets were beautiful!

Just outside of talkeetna this was the perfect little cabin that felt secluded but close. The beds were comfortable, the little heater kept us warm and the hosts even included some coffee and a can of mosquito spray to use for the cabin. The shower was nice and hot. It was nice to have a simple contact less checkin

− Firewood wasn't included or mentioned so I would advise to bring your own if you want to use the campfire There was also a small window above the beds that didn't have a curtain so it kept the room fairly light in the midnight sunlight so if you're a light sleeper I'd bring eye masks

Cabañas algo alejadas. Zona muy tranquila.

Entorno muy tranquilo, había café de cortesía y agua en la cabaña. Buenas duchas.

− Un poco alejado de Talkeetna, no tiene cocina común ni espacio para desayunar que no sea al aire libre, que no puedes por los mosquitos y el frío.

Expensive for a cabin, could be better.

We felt it was dusty and dirty but okay for one night, could have been a lot better especially for the amount we paid for one night. Never saw the owners but we didn't need to, as we checked in with their instructions smoothly.

− The cleanliness, and the quality of the beds.
