Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung.
7.0Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet, jedoch sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Morgenessen war ok, man durfte etwas auswählen, was dann frisch zubereitet wurde.
− Wir haben leider ein Zimmer ohne Fenster gebucht, was mir bei der Buchung nicht aufgefallen ist. Man sollte die Bilder im Voraus gut studieren und wenn möglich Zimmer im oberen Geschoss auswählen, welche leiser sind (unten ist die Rezeption und man hört das Ankommen jedes Gastes). Nach 2 Nächten konnten wir mit Freundlichkeit des Hotels das Zimmer wechseln und konnten nochmals zwei Nächte geniessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft beim Buchen von Ausflügen und sonstigen Anliegen.
The perfect HQ to explore Monteverde
9.0The staff were excellent. They helped us to book tours, and even went out of their way to switch out the sofa bed for a double bed so it‘s more comfortable for me. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay there.
− I would have loved a door between the living room and the bedroom. Also, the bathroom offers only limited privacy, as there‘s no real door.
