9.0Personeel was meer dan behulpzaam en extreem vriendelijk. Ideale dubbele kamer met prachtig balkon met uitzicht
− Er was behoorlijk wat geluid uit de stad tot 22:30 en vroeg in de ochtend begonnen bouwwerkzaamheden naast het hotel.

10.0Pequeno almoço soberbo. Simpatia dos funcionários. Beleza do hotel e localização. A vista da varanda do hotel e do pequeno almoço. No último dia, fizeram-nos uma lunch box para levarmos no sleep bus de volta à hanoi. Se um dia voltar a Sapa sem dúvida que volto a escolher este hotel.
