10.0This is handsdown the best cabana we've ever visited in Romania. Super friendly host (the pancakes were amazing!!), everything was very clean and very comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything you wanted. We would love to go back there.
Wonderful cabin in rural Romania
9.0We arrived late in the evening at the cabin and the owners where still present to receive us. We were given a gift of some alcoholic beverages which was a very warm welcome. Throughout the week we received several more gifts including pancakes, a snack board with sausage and cheese and some more alcohol. The hosts are very kind people and the hostess speaks English well. Our group consisted of 12 adults and 1 baby. The hosts provided a baby-bed last-minute for us which was very nice. The rooms where nice and spacious and all had airco. A couple of them had their own bathroom as well. There where not enough towels in the beginning, but the hostess provided them in short notice. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, glasses and other utensils. The main entrance had a nice long table where all of us could have dinner and there was great stereo-box available. Outside there was big picknick table to sit at, some field beds and two trampolines to jump/relax on. There where also a couple of charis on the porch where you can sit in the shadow on warm mornings. One of the nice areas of the cabin is the veranda with the hottub. The hottub is very nice, but requires you to chop some wood to get the heat on. There is plenty of wood and an axe in the yard to get this done. There is also an inside grill there, a big table and a second fridge. This place was great for parties as it was a decent distance away from the main house where people go to sleep.
− The water pressure was a bit disappointing in the showers. It was sufficiently warm though. The kitchen also lacked a water boiler, which would have been nice to have. Also, the list a facilities mentioned that a washing machine and dryer is present a the house, but in actuality you need to give you laundry to the hostess and she washes for you. This very kind, but it is not clear from the facility list.
