Has potential but very disappointed made worse with it being a special occasion
5.0The location was nice, and the staff at the pub was nice and helpful.
− This was our honeymoon and when I asked if they could offer anything special they said I would have to pay more. We choose this because it said it was peaceful and quiet, this was not the case for the whole time we were there, we had chainsaws cutting the trees and strimmers. Not exactly relaxing especially when you’re in the hot tub and the workers can see you. We had to go out everyday to get away from the noise. We was given nothing more than the key when we first arrived, no information about facilities etc. On leaving I expressed my issues and thought the manager would come but I was told it will be passed on and they would be in touch, this never happened! To say it was meant to be special occasion we couldn’t wait to go relax somewhere else.

7.0We liked the TV with access to Disney and Netflix, the pub nearby, the location, the mattresses, overall look of the cabin and the cleanliness.
− The fridge was slightly too small for all our food (as it’s self catering) and the milk kept falling out and spilling as there wasn’t space for it, we came at a hot time of year so it got really stuffy even with the curtains pulled (could do with fans or even air con).

− Decor and bathroom could do with some attention. The WiFi was constantly dropping out some times would not connect at all.
