− Because of our dietary restrictions, we asked to use the microwave for just 5-7 minutes. The staff were incredibly rude and arrogant — they snapped at us and said we could only use it before 9 o’clock because ‘other staff are coming.’ It was literally one quick use, but they acted like we were asking for the world. It’s obvious they only treat their special little group nicely and don’t give a damn about anyone else

10.0I loved the atmosphere and the friendly staff. The view was nice from our corner of the outside deck. It is also rewarding to support the people of Jasper following the tragic fire. We loved it.
− I really can't think of much! Probably a microwave in the room. We had a fridge. Otherwise it was great. Thank you for the chance to review this property. I really don't have anymore comments to leave!

7.0Great location, good parking next to room, comfy bed, staff were helpful.
− No iron in room it was a shared facility and the rooms are small compared to others we stayed at in Canada. Very minor issues really as accommodation was good and the location is very good.
We enjoyed our stay, it was a great location to explore the Rockies and to enjoy Jasper on our return
