− Falta tela mosquitera en ventanas. Tiene una plaga de hormigas están en cocina Dormitorios,sala Prácticamente en toda la casa.

Terrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick
9.0Ruhige Lage trotz angrenzender Hauptstraße mit Blick über Bananenfelder, auf El Hierro und den Atlantik. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Zweckmäßige gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, sehr geräumig. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
− Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befand sich in Chipude (sehr übersichtliches Sortiment) bzw. im 37 km entfernten Valle Gran Rey. Das ist bei der Einkaufsplanung zu berücksichtigen. Die angrenzenden Wohnungen werden gerade renoviert, was wir aber durch die exponierte Lage der Wohnung Nr. 1 nicht als störend empfunden haben.

5.0Die Terrasse ist top für Sonnenuntergänge
− Unangenehm starker Schimmelbefall in der Dusche, alles muffig und alt. Ofen funktioniert nicht. Derzeit deutlich hörbare Bauarbeiten ab ca 7:00uhr morgens in der angrenzenden Wohnung und Dachterasse über dem Schlafzimmer.

7.0It was a great well appointed apartment and had everything we needed. We enjoyed lazy mornings on the patio which caught the sun all day. The view was out over the banana plantation across the sea to El Hiero. Even in January the sun and warmth was reliable in La Dama, being in the south. The beds were comfy and had warm sheets for the time of year.
− We stayed in January and had to drive elsewhere to eat out in an evening. Whilst we stayed there was renovation work going on in the ajoining apartment which started just after 8 and disturbed our relaxed mornings.
