Our stay was truly memorable thanks to the incredible team, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for from beginning to end. Everyone was exceptionally kind, friendly, flexible, and accommodating. As someone with food allergies, I especially appreciated how attentive and careful the team was with my meals and dietary needs. They made what can often be a stressful part of traveling feel effortless. Antonio, the facility manager, was outstanding. Every time I looked around, he seemed to be there making sure everything was spotless and running perfectly. His attention to detail and dedication did not go unnoticed. Margie was so sweet from the moment we checked in and immediately made us feel at home. Paul at the bar, along with every member of the restaurant and bar team, was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Our guide, Gabriel, and our boat driver were equally amazing during our excursions. They were knowledgeable, informative, and shared so much about the area and wildlife, making every tour even more special. They were also incredibly patient with us while we were kayaking, which we definitely appreciated! 😆 The kindness and professionalism of the entire team made this experience unforgettable, and we are so grateful for the care and hospitality we received.

− There was honestly nothing not to like about our experience, but I would humbly offer a few suggestions that could make an already wonderful stay even better. Considering the location, the climate, and the reputation of Peruvian hospitality, it would be a lovely touch to include a bottle of cold water with the airport transfer. After flying, arriving in a hot and humid town, and paying $30 for a one-way transfer, a refreshing bottle of water would make for a very welcoming first impression. Similarly, offering guests a small glass of chilled welcome juice upon arrival at reception would be a thoughtful gesture that helps ease the tiredness of the journey and the drive from the airport. It’s a simple addition that could elevate the arrival experience even further. Since the property offers full board, it might also be beneficial to have a small menu of items available for purchase between meal times. Additional options such as salads, burgers, sandwiches, or local fruit plate could add value for guests who become hungry between scheduled meals or simply want to sample more of the local cuisine. But these are just suggestions :))

Séjour relaxant, nourriture délicieuse et lodge mignon. Super guide passionné et très gentil. Service au top.

− L’organisation des activités pourraient être mieux gérée. Toutes les activités se déroulent dans un faible périmètre autour du lodge donc on a moins de chance de voir d’animaux sauvages en raison de la route bruyante à proximité. Les 30 us $ pour le pick up alors qu’en taxi local, cela coute en moyenne 15/20 soles.

Clean, not a single mosquito in our room the whole time!!! On the river. Helpful excellent guides and staff. Prompt. Tons of great activities included, kayaking, biking, boat rides, jungle walk. Even saw a sloth on the property. Quiet and great location. Food was all included and decent. Great experience ans value.

− Expect cool showers. Takes a minute to get used to but when it’s hot it’s probably better!

Die Lage ist, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt traumhaft und die Außenanlagen waren schön. Der Guide war sehr gut und nett. Der Koch hat sehr gute Arbeit gemacht und ein sehr gutes Essen gezaubert.

− Wir hatten die Villa mit 3 Räumen und ein Einzelhaus. Das Einzelhaus war grundsätzlich besser. Die Villa ist offenbar in die Jahre gekommen (schlecht schließende Türen, kaputte Armaturen, schlecht ausgeführte Dichtungen). Abgesehen von den Betten war die Sauberkeit unzureichend. Es lag tagelang ein Fingernagel unserer Vorgänger auf dem Nachtisch ( obwohl jeden Tag saubergemacht wurde) und bei der Anreise war in den Bädern nur der Inhalt der Mülleimer, aber nicht die Tüten entsorgt wurden, sodass (braune) Rückstände an einer Tüte sichtbar waren (Das Toilettenpapier muss wie dort üblich im Mülleimer entsorgt werden.) Es stimmt somit grundsätzlich etwas nicht mit der Sauberkeit. Der Dachboden der Villa wird als Lager genutzt, sodass sich mehrmals täglich Leute bis zu nach 22 Uhr dort kurzzeitig aufhalten und durch das Gehen auf dem Dielenboden rieselt dabei Dreck aus den Ritzen u.a. auf die (frischgemachten) Betten. Die Preise für Getränke an der Bar unterliegen klar der Marktwirtschaft (Alleinlage der Unterkunft) und grenzen an Unverschämtheit.
