9.0The beautiful scenery, the tranquillity and friendly Staff. It seemed like Yonela was designated to cater for all our needs. Thank You Yonela for your hospitality. My friend had a beautiful brithday.
Lovely - the river view was the star of the show and the staff of course!
8.0The staff was amazing, Nela and the bar staff took really good care of me, I felt at home. It was lovely - first time in Port St. Johns, and I highly recommend.
view was lovely, service was extremely poor, bedroom was old fashioned and smelled musty.
3.0breakfast was basic, ordered dinner in the evening. It took 2hours twenty minutes to be served. only when i went to reception, did the lady there go to the kitchen and then we were served our dinner.
− bar staff too busy chatting with friend, had to wait exceptionally long time for drink. when i approached the bar to enquire, was met by rude and distracted waitress. who appeared annoyed to be asked for service. It took 2hours twenty minutes to be served.
