7.0The host was very welcoming and friendly. the bed was very comfortable. Also liked how clean my room was when i arrived.
− I think the place still needs a few renovations, the house looks very old from the outside. i think it needs to be painted, for it to look less creepy. the couches from the lounge didn't look clean at all.
It was bad, and unsafe.

− It iş scary since there is no security, no restaurant in the premises as it has been advertised, electricity is the main issue.
Uncomfortable, inconvenient, no maintenance & unprofessional.
1.0− ALOT. I had already paid for my booking and I was there for 2 hours. I eventually booked another hotel after 2 & a half hours and had to pay again because of the following reasons. The electricity was off. Yet all the houses around us had electricity. The room was freezing cold, all the plugs were not working. The wall-mounted aircon that also has a heat function was not working. The electricity would go back on for 2 - 5 minutes and then off again for another 1 - 2 hours. There were spiders and spider webs all over the room. The guy gave me some excuse about the restaurant opening at 08h:30am and not being open on certain days. Also, the kitchen closes at 16h:00. For us working people, those times are impossible to work with. Because I was in PMB on a business trip, it made it very difficult being in a place where I had no lights and no power. How could I possibly work or get anything done? I ended up booking another hotel that same evening and leaving within the first 2 hours of being there. This was honestly obnoxious.
