Expecting a fairy tale, discovered a troll house
1.0No, it was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!
− Entire facility poorly maintained. Receptionist very unprofessional/ disinterested in her work. Cracked mirror in room. Shower full of soap scum. Water tank held tap water. Very noisy, could hear children crying throughout the night. Lot of dirty marks and chips on all the walls in the facility. Assumed our payment went through booking.com, only at arrival learnt it did not and only pay on arrival.

7.0The property was generally clean and well maintained. However, the experience at reception was disappointing. The front desk staff member appeared unfriendly and seemed more focused on her phone conversation than on assisting guests, which came across as inattentive. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable.

− Cleanliness was a little lacking there was leftovers in the microwave and hairball on the floor. Wifi was also close to non-existent.
