10.0設備内に素晴らしいスタッフがいるレストランがあります 味は最高、雰囲気も素晴らしいです スタッフの対応も素晴らしく旅の疲れを癒してリラックスして夕飯を取る事が出来ました 朝食の内容も素晴らしく朝からスタッフの方の笑顔に迎えられながら美味しい朝食をとることが出来ます 現地で生産されたコーヒーも格別です このホテルに私はまた滞在したいと強く思いました

Definitely earns 4 stars
9.0Sibu is an extremely pleasant hotel with wonderful staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay. Clean, comfortable, pretty, quiet, it has a luxurious vibe. On arrival Emilio was super friendly and helpful organising transport to and from our booked activities, all of which were the next day and we had arrived in the evening. He sent lots of information via message on helpful things about the hotel including the restaurant menu. Other reception staff also liaised with taxi drivers for us. The restaurant is superb. Attentive staff who treated us extremely well. We ate there for breakfast, lunch and dinner and were never disappointed. The breakfast menu and buffet is great and the restaurant menu is also great.
− Nothing! I think my only suggestion would be to have a heated towel rail (or similar) that could be used to dry clothes and towels! As we travelled in July, it was not very warm and rained almost all the time. As there is not any heating in the rooms, you couldn't dry anything.

7.0The restaurant is pretty good and his personnel offers incredible customer service. You can go to the restaurant even if you are not staying at the hotel.
− The posting offered rooms with AC. Well, not true. They provided a non-AC room (had I known that beforehand, I would have booked another property --so, it seems to me that you (Booking) gave them an unfair advantage over their competition by not checking the veracity of the claim about all rooms having AC). When I asked about that discrepancy, they offered me an “upgrade“ to a room with AC, but complying with what you have already offered cannot be called an “upgrade“.
