− This is not a hotel or anywhere close to being a hotel. We were greeted by a groundskeeper and were the only ones in this large property. The area is quite far from civilization and to be in midst of one strange groundskeeper and no people around was scary at best. The groundskeeper doesn’t understand English and it was impossible to communicate. We didn’t feel safe so left within 30 mins. The property refused to refund the money and we are still waiting. Booked a property in the main tourist area and were glad we made this call.
We will be back next time on Cozumel!!
9.0Clean pool, beautiful property, staff were working to maintain it. A property that is increasing in value and comfort not being allowed to run down!!

If you have your own transport, this is heaven.
10.0This tiny, gated,rustic, gem is the perfect spot to relax and also access the Cozumel town and beaches in your hire car. Beautiful swimming pool and bird filled gardens, adequate kitchen, aircon, outdoor charcoal BBQ, bottled water. Hercules the wonder dog visited for snacks and pats and helped make our stay unforgettable.
