10.0We loved everything about Kruger Private Lodge - the amazing customer service from all the staff, the spectacular river views, the beautiful animals which come to visit, lovely decor and overall great African ambience. The hippos in the Crocodile River pools just below the hotel added to the atmosphere along with the game viewing from our deck overlooking the river - and the stunning sunrises and sunsets.
− The roads around the property were difficult to navigate due to the floods.

10.0First. The communication was on point. Don communicating to find out every detail about our trip. Him welcoming us, The ladies were very friendly and humbled. The way they talk shows so much respect. I want to give a big thank you to all of them for the way they treated us we felt like King and Queen.
− The food was cooked into perfection. The surprise of not knowing what for dinner was life its self. They gave us the kind of experience that we would like to live when we retire. I would recommend to everyone who wants to experience good life to visit the place.

10.0Truly an unforgettable experience. We loved every single moment. From our first encounter as Chaney? greeted us to Donovan’s amazing ability to answer any questions we had, we were very sad to leave . In our opinion there is no where better to stay in terms of comfort, view, dining, and overall experience. We cannot rate it highly enough and would recommend this place to anyone, anytime!
