1.0Nothing! The chef/house manager Dumisani made our whole stay unpleasant. The house wasn’t clean. The bed sheets were dirty. We had to share the space in the fridge with the chef resulting in some of our food going to waste because he wouldn’t allow us to put our meat in the freezer because his food was in there. The owner of the house was just as rude. I do not recommend that house to anyone who is looking to stay at a peaceful place and have no issues. We constantly felt unwelcome and treated poorly. DO NOT BOOK THERE!

− 1. They trapped us with old chairs to claim from our deposit 2. The swimming pool was very dirty, but we booked the place about a month ago. 3. We didn’t have electricity and network for part of our stay

10.0We loved everything, the place is clean. The staff is amazing. The chef’s made us scrumptious meals. Literally felt spoiled at hillside lodge.

7.0Vert nice scenery , peaceful and quiet. Very beautiful lodge, does need a few upgrades and general maintenance to uphold the standards but otherwise we enjoyed our stay . The staff is very friendly and the Chef knows he’s way around the kitchen. We really did enjoy Dumisani , it was a nice touch to have a personal chef present.
