− The location, the green pool and the dusty house.

− The place was dirty and full of spider webs and the bedding was dirty. Unfortunately I got there very late and I couldn't find another place to stay at that time

Extremely BAD experience!!!
1.0There is nothing I liked about the place, everything was extremely poor from reception to their rooms.
− Everything, poor reception services, no security, a receptionist is a jack of all trades and master of none!!!..the poor old man is exploited!!...he runs around alone like a headless chicken!!..he is a security, receptionist, caretaker, handyman...the list is endless. The rooms doesn't smell good, the bedding is old, towels were not clean (at least I had backup) and the TV was not working. We had to change rooms three times in one night, first room no water, second room - cold water, the place is just a nightmare, no value for money at all!!!..won't recommend it to anyone even when desperate for a one night stay!!
Great potential for improvement
4.0The location was good and the staff were very helpful with all the concerns we raised regarding the lack of hot water.
− It could have been cleaner. The pool was also not clean and my family was looking forward to it the most.
Convienient location to Kruger
8.0We needed a place to stay close to the Punda Maria gate and this place fit the bill. It is very secure and the staff were very friendly.
− Finding meals was a bit of a chore. Not sure if the kitchen was closed or if they don’t typically serve food. We had to go to the local grocery store to buy something to eat.
