10.0The host Elaine came to greet us and take us to our room. She gave us an emergency number is we needed her during the night. There was a power failure in the morning, once again she exceeded the expectations and continued making us the most delicious delicious breakfast, while she was busy preparing breakfast her husband came to the room with a light and some warm water for coffee.....Now that is what I call service and it all happened before six in the morning. Well done Elaine we will be back again. Very satisfied and felt valued

− They cancelled our accommodation after they confirmed our stay. Because there were a larger group of people looking for accommodation. Then after we got another accommodation that wasnt easy to get they came back to us and said now they can help us. Too liitle too late.

− The ambiance is not what is portrayed in the pictures. Elaine was excellent. She tried her best to make us comfortable. However, the property was not what I had in mind. The booking was incorrect. We got a double bed instead of two single beds. We were moved to another chalet, the furniture was old and beds were the size of small children. Bedding was not appetising. There was no TV. Eventually, we were moved to another chalet. At that time, i just wanted yo sleep, i accepted the room. However, there was no electricity blankets. Ai, too much drama. Full marks goes to Elaine. She was very pleasant and helpful.

− The property wasn't aware of our reservation. It was total chaos when we arrived. It took about 30 minutes just to book in. They also battled to find another client's reservation that was booked telephonically. On another occasion, when we phoned for a booking, there was a double booking and we were asked to sleep at a private person's house🫣. Admin is not this properties best feature.
Home on way
9.0The place is homely and peaceful away from loud noise. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very peaceful environment for a holiday. Definitely we will visit again in the future.
− The room is comfortable with everything needed for a holiday. Once you are there there is no need to go out.
