No response to my messages. I would not recommend Serengeti Kifaru Lodge.
1.0The property didn’t specify at the time of booking that we had to be at the gate before 1pm otherwise we wouldn’t be allowed in. We arrived at the gate at 3pm and we were not allowed in. We messaged the property via booking.com App but we didn’t get a response and they just took the whole payment. I cannot recommend anyone to stay at this lodge. Very poor customer service.
