6.0(+) - curățenia - personalul de la locatie:amabil, primitor (deși nu știa limba romana sau engleza, ne-am înțeles foarte bine) - complexul arata foarte bine, liniste, in mijlocul naturii - casuta din bușteni
− (-) - drumul foarte, foarte prost.Deși este factor extern, trebuie luat in calcul - comunicarea greoaie cu administratorul de la distanta (prin mesaje) - pentru o persoana din alta tara, modalitatea de plata este greoaie si limitata (nu se poate cu cardul, nici direct prin booking.com, iar primirea informațiilor corecte pentru virament bancar a necesitat foarte mult timp si tevatura)
