1.0− Do not stay for any reason at this property, the manager is a serial scammer and very verbally and physically aggressive. Our first night we were told electricity is limited as well as heating (issues not mentioned anywhere on the website) and the first morning we woke up with no running water (nor cold or hot). I therefore decided to open a case with booking. As a consequence the manager wanted to make me and my family leave the property (bear in mind at this point I had already paid fully for the stay). The manager was scary, loud and stormed in our room multiple times (beat in mind you cannot close the door as they do not provide keys to). The manager also started making up policies on heating and other stuff to make a case to keep all my money. After staying there that night, which at this point was a huge mistake, I received I partial refund from booking (40% of the cost of the first night, virtually nothing given the treatment we were reserved). That same day the manager came back with aggressive behaviour to our room, stormed in and wouldn’t let us close the door. He started walking towards me in an aggressive manner at which point I asked him multiple times to back off but he didn’t, and that became scary really quickly. At which point he said I could not call for help cause no one else was in the island, thus is was threatening my and my family safety. He wanted us to pay the 90$ I received as a compensation from booking or leave. Both options are illegal if you are wandering. I had paid my stay fully and had all the right to stay. We refused to pay, at which point he became more and more aggressive and we were forced to leave the property early out of safety concerns. (He refused to leave the room and kept storming in even after we said we would leave and were packing out stuff. Before this he would not let my mum close the door to change her clothes).

9.0Great stay with such a beautiful and kind family - We really had a unique and great experience, and felt really welcome and special. The place is amazing with all commodities, and food was also amazing. Highly recommend !

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
