8.0Las habitaciones, recién remodeladas, cómodas, lindas, calentitas, tienen una calma y un espectáculo las noches estrelladas del lugar, rico desayuno que estaba incluído. Agüita calentita en el baño.
− Piscina grande con algas, no se podía usar , no tenian microondas para calentar comida de bebé, no tenían sillas de comer de bebé, para las cabañas solo queda habilitado un hervidor y visicoooler en la parte de afuera. Falta más pasto en toda el área y un cartel que diga Aruma hotel, en ninguna parte se indica.

9.0Me gustó el espacio que tenia afuera de las habitaciones para compartir, hacer un asado, etc. El desayuno era bien completo. El tamaño de la habitación era amplio y cómodo. La verdad lo pasamos muy bien ahí. Disfrutamos de la piscina también.

− Al momento de llegar nos dimos cuenta que la ducha no tenía agua,no llegaba el wifi a las habitaciones ,no había suficiente personal para comunicarle, luego de las 17:30 no había nadie por lo que no pudimos ducharnos, no había agua en el lavamanos, no había nadie dando el servicio que se espera en un hotel en el que los precios no son muy económicos. Nos encontramos con otro par de huéspedes que estaban en la misma situación, es deplorable además tener a una sola trabajadora para un hotel con varios huéspedes haciéndola de recepcionista, cocinera, gasfiter, etc. Pésima calidad en ese sentido. No volvemos más a pasar un mal rato como ese
