Disappointed with what we received compared to what was posted
3.0The location was great
− The ceiling leaked into the kitchen and ruined our stuff that we had out on the shelves. The lights didn’t work in some of the rooms. A lot of things were broken. It was very dirty. The deck was unusable, broken furniture, and filthy the stairs to go into the rental broken, and there was no outside porch light to see, which prompted me to fall The pots and pans were non-usable had to go out and buy some to be able to cook anything
Quiet but disappointing
5.0Everything was clean and comfortable and quiet.
− Disappointed that both the River Safari and the Two Pops Sandwich Shop were closed for renovations.. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time because we wanted to do some of that. Also there was no "staff" around to ask for any information. Everything was closed. There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling on the first night we were there when it rained. I'm sure it wasn't the first time because there was already a stain on the ceiling. So at this time I would not recommend.
Old Homassasa

− There was only one restroom and it was within the only bedroom, so it made it using the restroom difficult to use, especially at night, for anyone sleeping on the pull out couch
It was unique and all the people were friendly.
6.0There as no breakfast we had to venture out, like the openness of the facility and the natural feeling of the place
− TV had no reception from 8 to 11 PM. We were given one little piece of soup for two nights (3 people). The walkway should be cleared, Allot of mosquitos (not their problem). We had to travel for breakfast and we planned just to go next door.

10.0The tree house is amazing! I would live there forever if I could! Very clean and private, very quiet at night, and all of the people are wonderful! Thank you so much!
