ME ENCANTO TODO!
10.0LOVED EVERYTHING!
Not a good value, no breakfast available.
6.0We really enjoyed our stay in Valle de Guadalupe. It is a beautiful area with delicious wine and fabulous food! It is extremely rural, so we enjoyed the quiet and calm. The bed at Suites Nativo was very comfortable and it is one of the more affordable places to stay in the area.
− To be honest, I would not stay here again. We chose Suites Nativo because it was near the wedding we were attending and because it is listed as a "bed and breakfast." However, there is NO BREAKFAST. And in fact there is no breakfast anywhere nearby. Suites Nativo is associated with Nativo Vinacola which operates from 12-7pm everyday and Suites Nativo will bring food down to your room between 12-7pm. However, if you want coffee or breakfast you are out of luck. We came in from the East Coast for a wedding, so used a private car service to take us around on the Ruta del Vino, but we didn't want to pay a car service to go eat breakfast everyday and had particularly chosen a place labelled as a "bed and breakfast" for this reason. Our first morning we woke up hungry and wanting coffee. We couldn't find anywhere within walking distance on google maps, so we just started walking and hoped for the best. We found a hotel a 25 minute walk away, Temexkal, that has a restaurant. Every morning we would take our 25 minute walk to get coffee and breakfast on dirt roads. It was a pleasant walk in the sunshine, but I honestly wish we had stayed at Temexkal. My husband and I have travelled extensively all over the world and at every price range. Suites Nativo is affordable, but not worth it, in my opinion. The room had lots of earwigs and smelled like bug spray. There was very limited hot water and the wifi really didn't work. It felt like a room I would have paid $10/night for at a hostel in Central America, except that the hostel would have had a front desk and a breakfast option. The owner seemed nice, we saw him once for a few minutes on our first morning, but the services here are so incredibly limited that I just wouldn't do it again. Our friends stayed right around the corner at Villa Calabria and that also seemed like a nice spot with breakfast included.
