Kind staff and good atmosphere
10.0The place is lovely and well maintained. Super clean and the staff is very kind and always available. The restaurant also has many different choices and the prices are average :)
Très bon séjour
9.0Personnel très accueillant et serviable pour organiser nos transferts depuis l aéroport et autres (merci à Adit :D) . Nous avons réaliser un super trek de 2jours et une nuit dans la jungle avec Ezzy (super jeune guide ) nous avons vu plein d animaux. Super expérience (attention à la météo, faut être prêt à tout ;) La chambre était propre et belle. Il y avait aussi de l eau chaude 😊. L emplacement était top et le restaurant est aussi très bon. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful in organizing our airport transfers and everything else we needed (special thanks to Adit! 😄). We had an amazing 2-day, 1-night jungle trek with Ezzy, our fantastic young guide. We saw so many animals and had an unforgettable experience! Just be prepared for the weather—it can change quickly, so expect anything. 😉 Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We also had hot water, which was much appreciated. 😊 The location was perfect, and the restaurant served delicious food. We would definitely recommend staying here!
− Cela n a rien avoir avec l hôtel mais la route pour arriver jusqu'à Bukit Lawang est vraiment éprouvante faut avoir le cœur bien accroché surtout si le chauffeur roule assez brusque. Sur l hôtel tout était en ordre pour notre séjour. Juste un ventilateur dans la chambre mais dans la jungle l airco n est pas nécessaire je trouve personnellement un ventilateur suffisant il y a assez d air. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but the road to Bukit Lawang is quite challenging. You definitely need a strong stomach, especially if your driver has a rather fast or rough driving style. As for the hotel, everything was perfect during our stay. The room only had a fan, but in the middle of the jungle we personally didn't feel that air conditioning was necessary. There was plenty of fresh air, and the fan was more than enough for a comfortable night's sleep.
