9.0It was a great set up for a family , whether you have kids or in our case all adults in the family. Enough space for everyone , just like staying at a family home
− The only down side is that whilst downstairs had air conditioning upstairs did not so in the upstairs bedroom areas it got a little warm. Not too bad as 2 of the 3 bedrooms had ceiling fans and the 3rd had a large pedestal fan but it was noticeable after coming from air con downstairs.

Good value, spacious and good quiet location
9.0On a family gathering to PtMac, this unit was everything we required. 8 min walk to town beach. Lots of cutlery, crockery, plenty of cups etc in the kitchen. Beds comfy, and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, with one unsuite. No air-conditioning upstairs, but there are fans. And the double garage was a bonus. Would go back.
− Not much to not like. A BBQ would be useful.

6.0It was a nice house with a lot of space, it had everything that you needed (kitchen, beds, bathrooms etc.)
− The cleaners did not at all clean everything and they let the lights on, there was still popcorn on the couch, a band-aid was taped to the table and there was a snicker paper in one of the bedrooms.
A pleasant stay.
7.0The property was spacious, clean and tidy.
− Maybe needed to be a little bit more specific about what items to bring, e.g. bath mats. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery when wet. The remote for the garage appears to have run out of batteries and we had to manually open the door throughout our stay. We also moved a lot of breakable items out of the way, as we have small children. This might be something to think about for future guests.
