− Our room was not cozy at all, it had a lot of empty space, decoration very scarce. There were gaps in the balcony doors that allowed ants to come in the room, we also saw a mouse running away through them. The place is in the middle of nowhere so it’s understandable to have local fauna around, but we felt the room could have been built better

Hotel com equipe super flexível e disposta a ajudar.
10.0Hospedagem de última hora (fizemos a reserva por volta das 20h) e conseguimos fazer o check-in apenas às 1h (quando chegamos a cidade, hotel foi super flexível com o horários). Equipe extremamente disposta a ajudar, um funcionário foi nos buscar na estrada de madrugada pq não estávamos localizando o hotel; e na manhã seguinte nos conseguiu um taxi para partirmos a nosso novo destino. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos, água quente e boas roupas de cama. Ofereceram um café da manhã simples bem cedo, para a viagem (pães, manteiga, geleia, chá e café). Não utilizamos mais nenhum serviço da hospedagem, nossa passagem foi breve, apenas para dormir.
− A localização foi um problema, o GPS não localiza corretamente o endereço e não há placas na estrada principal indicando qual caminho seguir.

10.0Beautiful views, comfy bed and great food. Did not get to try zip lining but would love to go back and try again. Thanks Elias for helping us with anything we needed.
− The room with the jacuzzi could be more private. It’s a bit open and people can look into the windows. They are still working on finishing that part however and helped us move to a different room and all was good.
