10.0Endroit incroyable si vous voulez vous retrouver en pleine jungle. Les propriétaires sont justes adorable et m'ont même fait visiter leur exploitation de vanille et m'ont expliqué tout le processus de la création de la vanille. De plus, j'ai rencontré Emiliano, le roi de la montagne / jungle qui m'a fait découvrir, sur toute une matinée, sa jungle . Mille merci, expérience incroyable Je recommande ce logement ++++

10.0LOVED this place. hosts are super attentive. place was exactly as described. lovely view down over the valley and the river which is AMAZING to cool off in and provided hours of entertainment for the kids. fantastic front porch area, fully functional kitchen. and TAKE THE TOUR as it's a really fascinating insight into vanilla production from the (or one of the) first producers in Costa Rica (i had kids duty and missed out on some of the details)
Very calm and remote place far from the crowd
8.0The place is remote and very quiet. The host is very friendly and hold a real project . A real experience far from the tourists . If you get there try to meet Emiglio. We defenitly recomend

8.0This was a unique lodging opportunity for my family and I. It was so special to see how this couple had transformed this part of land from a cattle field to their own jungle for growing vanilla. It was very private and right above the river. A perfect first stop for recovering from the long over night airplane ride. You are just far enough away from the main road and tourist attractions to relax on the front porch and watch for birds! It is rustic but well kept and has everything you need.
Basic with good scenery
5.0The location was remote so really needed a car to get to. The location of the hut was beautiful with a river close by. Host was friendly and kindly took us into puerto viejo to meet us bus.
− No fan meant it was uncomfortably hot. Definitely need all your provisions for your stay but the cooking implements, pans etc were scanty and chipped crockery. Good for one night overstay if prepared.
