9.0La instalaciones, limpieza y trato del. Personal. Son excepcionales
− En la habitación todo cobra el. Hotel. Mis hijos se quedaron en un segunda habitación y habían cordones, tapones, razuradora, toalla sanitaria y repelente sin indicar el. Costo... ni que se debía pagar... Mi hijos abrieron todo por curiosidad y pague 50 dolares adicional por esto. Creo que el hotel. Debe informar que etso no está incluido en el precio.
Beautiful Place, booking experience not so much
8.0The place is so beautiful, The landscape and sunsets unforgettable. It is well maintained. The pools and jacuzzi areas are comfortable, clean and very pretty. The peacoks around the open areas and the horses make it extra special. Food was OK. The staff are friendly and polite.
− The booking process said "paid at the property", however the hotel asked for a front payment arguing that the card had been "declined" although it hadn't. Breakfast did not have many options. Room 30 was just below the rooftop so it was extremely noisy with music and not sound proofed at all. When you go to thia type of hotel you expect a relaxing and quiet experience at night.

10.0Absolutamente todo, el paisaje es impresionante, la comida está riquísima, las habitaciones (al menos la nuestra)estaba limpia y todo ordenado. Lo que más nos ha gustado es la atención tan buena de Juan Carlos, Diego Kel y Diego Leon. Siempre ayudándonos en todo lo que pedíamos, siempre con buena cara y muy cercanos. Recomendamos mucho este sitio, y si es “costoso” es porque es un resort de lujo, y todo lo bueno cuesta.
− Lo único que antes de llegar hay un camino empedrado que da un poco de problemas, ojalá y estuviera asfaltado.
Solo estuve 24 horas a excepción del problema del agua caliente todo bien

− No había agua caliente en la ducha de la habitación.. dijeron que era un problema de horas pero resulta muy incomodo u no se pudo usar el Jacuzzi de la habitación

7.0Las instalaciones son hermosas, bien cuidadas, limpias y grandes. La amabilidad del personal. La comida estuvo rica. Nos dimos unos buenos masajes
− Muy caro. Pensábamos que era un hostal y resultó ser una especie de resort, no muy exclusivo. Los cocteles demasiado dulces. La luz del cuarto muy tenue Sin luz en los veladores Sin enchufes en la sala de las cabañas El agua caliente se tardaba demasiado, se desperdició agua En el restaurante fueron amables pero se demoraron un montón El piso de la ducha muy resbaloso
