− The plugs where far away from the bed. The curtains didn't cover the window properly. The was no heaters in the room. The shared shower floor was dirty. The blanket in the room was warm out.
I REFUSED TO STAY!!!
1.0I like the advert on Booking.Com. What they offered me was totally different.
− The place was a total rip off. I was given a room written STAFF ROOM outside. It only had a bed. No fridge, microwave, dishes, etc - as advertised. I was told to use an outside bathroom. I was then offered another furnished room that I would use after the occupants finished HAVING SEX inside!!! I refused and reported this to Booking.Com Helpdesk. They promised to refund my money.

− I wasn't happy at all, I had to call and ask for cutlery, and it was brought with water dripping all over. We didn't have a kettle in a Queens' room. There was a dirty duvet left on a side chair

5.0They just need to stop misleading people by claiming that they have coffee machines in each room when they don't even serve coffee in their rooms
