− Ich habe über booking.com ein Zimmer für zwei Erwachsene gebucht. Als wir dort ankamen, wurde uns gesagt, das gebuchte Zimmer ist nur für eine Person. Ich habe an der Rezeption erklärt, dass das nicht schlimm ist, da wir am selben Tag weiter zum Flughafen und nicht übernachten mussten und wir das Zimmer nur für eine Dusche brauchen. Trotzdem mussten wir dann einen Aufpreis für ein größeres Zimmer zahlen.
