A view with a ... price
3.0The friendliness of the host and the beautiful view.
− The description on Booking is totally deceiving as in reality, there 3 separate houses with different facilities. We were presented a house with no view, dark and smelly because it had not been opened and aired, not even the day of our coming. We asked to change house and got one with a beautiful view for a higher price though. The beds were very uncomfortble, the sheets and the towels were smelling bad. No bedside lamps. Shower with little pressure. In 5 months of travelling, this is the worst price/value we had.
Nice place outside the town
9.0Its a nice and comfortable place if you don't want to be in the center. It's secluded but only 10 minutes from the plaza. You have to call a taxi or wait for something to pass. I really enjoyed the peace and if you want to do something the owners are very helpful.

10.0Lovely lodge in the rainforest clean with kitchen and dining area. Comfortable beds and hot shower. Perfect for a country retreat. The host Wendy and her family were great and breakfast arrived each day at 9am.

10.0Blue Pine Farm exceeded all of our expectations. It is in a beautiful place just outside of town and had everything we needed. The owners are incredibly nice and accommodating, and even made us breakfast in the mornings. Really enjoyed our stay!

8.0Carlos and Wendy are lovely people, very friendly and made excellent pizza! They were very helpful and accommodating of our group, even when some flat tires made us later than expected. The buildings are in a beautiful location and the views were incredible. We were out of Coroico a little bit, so we had a very quiet and peaceful night, even though it was a holiday weekend when we stayed. The room was well stocked with water, sodas, wine, and rum.
− The windows have no bug screens, and the rooms have no fans! We closed the windows to keep the bugs (especially the moths) out, but that meant the cabin got very warm at night. I would recommend either installing bug screens on the windows so guests can keep them open, or installing a few fans. The only other issue was it was a bit tricky to find the entrance, but Carlos and Wendy were very helpful when we were close with coming up to the gate to find us.
