10.0The staff were fantastic. The Kings Arms is very close to the event I attend every two years so it is the perfect place to stay.
− I would have liked a chair in the room, but I probably could have asked for one.

10.0Everything from arriving to leaving was exceptional.. absolutely beautiful for our weekend away.

We enjoyed out stay, problem with the Air Conditioning was a bit annoying. it was leaking
9.0Breakfast was good, but maybe a choice of cereal would have been nice
− The chairs outside our room, The Owl, were a bit rickety , didn't feel very safe sitting on them - more comfy chairs would have been good
Uncomfortable night
4.0Location great, room great, breakfast very good.
− Room was too hot, fan in room said it was 28degrees, couldn't open the window fully. Not really the fault of team, but we are having heat waves and could have sourced more adequate cooling options. So didn't really sleep!
A lack of sleep spoilt what would have otherwise been a perfect stay.
8.0Almost everything.
− We were upgraded on arrival to the Primrose suite but weren’t told that there was an air conditioning unit directly outside our window that turned on and off all night preventing us from sleeping even with the window closed. This caused another problem as it was 29c with no air conditioning and a fan that was almost as noisy as the air conditioning unit.
A deposit may be required at the property.
