− אין מעלית , אין מזגן , רחוק מהמרכז , מקלחת קטנה , מיושן , שומעים את כל מה שקורה בחדרים שליד , ובעיקר בחדר שמעל . החלונות פונים למרפסת המשותפת שדרכה עוברים לשאר החדרים ורואים את כל מה שקורה בחדר. אין פרטיות בכלל ! בקיצור לא מומלץ
